I understand that it is a tough time as the economy tries to make a comeback however it’s actually a lot less than people think. One of the reasons for this is we charge on a patrol basis not an hourly one. If you have been reading the news you also know that because of the economy crime is up and especially home break-ins.

Basically for about $1.18 per house per week I would patrol the Danforth Lakes property 32 times per week that is 1664 patrols per year. I understand that some residences maybe very happy with their home alarm system however this is reactive and not proactive. We act as a deterrent before the crime.
We include

• Lighting assessments
• Checking clubhouse for locked doors
• Checking pool after hours
• Reporting excessive garbage on property

All this is done in real time, the vehicles are equipped with wireless laptops so we can upload time stamped reports nightly for the board to view at anytime.
