What is an ACC Form??? This is a Architectural Control Committee Review form that is required when you are interested in some sort of new construction, modification, improvement of your outside property...ie, pool, fence, driveway, pavers, swingset, patio, screened enclosure etc. This form must be filled out and submitted to MMI for review/approval. We hope to soon have our own ACC Committee appointed by the end of June so we can start reviewing/approving ourselves and to expedite the process. We currently strive to provide a decision within a 30 day timeframe even though we are alotted 45.We now have this form available to the Community via email upon request. You can then fill out and must mail in the original signed copy with all attached required data for review. NO FAXES ARE PERMIITED.
Please be as specific and detailed as possible. Dimensions, size, pictures(from the internet), drawings (good ones), colors and site plan location are VITAL info we will need in order to make an informed decision. When a vendor is chosen they must also provide you proof of licensing/insurance.
Requests can be denied if lacking such info.
