IT WILL NOT BE HAYDEN & ASSOCIATES ANY LONGER. PLEASE REFRAIN FORM SENDING SEPTEMBERS DUES UNTIL NOTIFIED OTHERWISE. THIS INFO WILL BE SHARED WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS. ANY RESIDENTS WHO MAY BE PREPAID ARE FINE AND THEIR MONIES WILL TRANSFER OVER TO THE NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY (SENTRY) ACCORDINGLY. MORE DETAILS WILL FOLLOW REGARDING THIS ISSUE ONCE ALL HAS BEEN FINALIZED. PLEASE SHARE THIS INFO WITH FRIENDS/NEIGHBORS WITHIN DANFORTH WHO MAY NOT BE A PART OF THE COMMUNITY EMAIL OR ABLE TO VISIT OUR WEBSITE UNTIL WE CAN GET A COMMUNICATION SENT OUT TO ALL HOMEOWNERS SINCE IT DID NOT MAKE IT IN TIME TO BE PUT IN OUR CURRENT NEWSLETTER. We also have to ensure our new bank accounts are set up properly especially because we will now send all our HOA dues directly to the bank for processing. We will be dealing with a local Colonial Bank. This way we will not be dealing with a middle man in order to be properly credited for your monthly HOA payment. Please be patient during this process. We know many like to get their payment in timely since they are due by the 1st of each month and considered late if not rec'd by the 10th of any given month. With this change in mgt companies we understand there will be a delay in sending in Septembers HOA dues payment and you will not be charged a late fee. All we ask is as soon as notification is sent out and rec'd from the new Mgt Company that you send your payment in ASAP. I rec'd an email from one resident stating that they had sent in their Aug hoa payment but just rec'd it back from Hayden. If you have experienced the same thing please hang onto your payment and envelope rec'd back from Hayden. You will not be charged a late fee. We are tryng to find out why Hayden is doing this and will let you know as soon as we get a response. GOOD NEWS!! It appears Sentry is a little ahead of schedule and today homeowners have begun to receive the welcome packet from Sentry Mgt to include a welcome letter along with the 1st 4 payment coupons and info on how to arrange automatic deductions or bill pay services if you so choose. Most residents should receive this envelope by Saturday. If by next week you have not rec'd then please contact our personal Property Manager for Danforth, DAVID FREDEN, at 277-0112 Ext 13 or he can be emailed at: dfreden@sentrymgt.com ***PLEASE NOTE-- on the new coupons it specifically states that payments that are late, meaning after the 10th day of each month, will be assessed interest charges of 18% apr until paid. Payments are due the 1st of each month for that month and must be received by the 10th of each month to avoid such charges. This will go into effect as of the OCTOBER 1st payment due since we are in the middle of transition and want to give time to ensure all have received the new info. It is important to contact Sentry if not rec'd by next week. Also, if you were prepaid for several months or the year then that info will automatically transfer over to them via the financials. Francine, I have a sale in Danforth Lakes scheduled to close this week. Mortgage company needed to verify with management company a few things. Hayen said they can't help at all, and new company said they just recieved documents from Hayden same day. Mortgage company is concerend clsoing may have to be delayed due to changeover. Hopefully new company will be up to speed ASAP. This was par for the course for Hayden.
