For more than three decades, Sande has been helping families and investors buy and sell properties in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Lee County, earning a reputation for hard work, client care, and integrity.
Sande’s career in real estate began shortly after moving to Florida in 1985. Her passion for serving buyers and sellers quickly propelled her to the top of the industry. In addition to her success as a Realtor®, Sande has been involved in the real
estate community. She has served on the Finance Committee and the Board of
Directors for the local association of Realtors®, and she is a frequent speaker for CRS, Star Power, and other national organizations. Along with Brett Elis Sande hosted the “Future
of Real Estate” radio show.

the Seller Advantage Program, Buyer Advantage Program, and the 5-Star Marketing Plan, which have since been adopted by top agents nationwide. Her dedication to
